I can't think of a way to get a picture of nekkid me. Not without asking another person to take it and there's no one here who'd do it. Heck, there's no one here who has any interest in seeing such a picture much less taking it.
Fortunately, I do have a nude picture. It's my mother. She was a nude art model too. This is a picture of her in Raphael Soyer's studio in the 1940s. (That's Raphael at the easel. I don't know who the other people are. If anyone thinks they might know, say a visiting relative, they should go ahead and click on the image to make it bigger.)
I had a couple of pictures of me that people who drew me gave me, but they were umm. kinda ugly. I don't know where they went.
Here's another one of mom.
I have another one of her that's actually on the wall. A little one. Maybe I'll see if I can make a copy of it.
This one is frustrating, because sometimes I thought it had an agenda, leftist? oh. Maybe right wing? Huh. . . . ... And then I got a rotten score, even with my history geek boy at hand. AND WORST OF ALL, I don't know which answers I got wrong. But you go ahead, See if you can correctly answer the questions of the How Revised Is Your History? Test.
And then there's the original test that led me into wasting hours on the internet and I curse whichever blog forced me to wander over to it. I found somewhere. Beth's place? I can't remember and I'm not going to go look for it. It's too late. And I got no work done and I have revisions to do. Bah.

Congratulations! You are not susceptible to brainwashing, your values and cares extend beyond the borders of your own country, and your Blind Patriotism ("patriotism" for short) does not reach unhealthy levels. In Germany…
I've cut out bits here and there but the gist is there. I don't want to cut too much because she's a good writer (other than the actual thinking/tolerance part) and it's bad idea to ignore that fact. . . . romance isn't about just any "two people" celebrating "love in its many forms." Organizations such as the Man-Boy Love Association would certainly refer to themselves as celebrating love "two people" (or more) finding love in one of its many forms" . . . while they actively promote pedophilia.
Think RWA can't go down that slipper slope? Think again. Under our present definition, we cannot exclude such "love stories" under the category of "romance". We, as a culture, seem to have forgotten how to say "enough is enough," but RWA can--indeed, must--do better than that. . . .
And, please, spare us the arguments about "censorship" and "inclusiveness." Preference for "one man, on…
