I'm trying to figure out which site to shop from that's not amazon and I chose Borders, but I just last night had such a horrible experience entering my gift card number, and I remembered this post.
So have you switched? Should I throw in my lot with B & N instead? Have you? Is it worth it to join that B & N club?
Then shop at Barnes and Noble's online site. They're blue, unlike that evil red Amazon.
